RBS Greenwich Capital, the US subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland, has added eight managing directors to its debt team as part of the bank's push into the US debt market.

The bank has hired Ken Hackel, Alec Crawford, Michelle Girard, Chris Miller, Jeff Mullins, Bill Jennings, Jeff Weaver and Sanford Sloane.
