Independent advisory firm Robey Warshaw has landed its second multibillion-dollar mandate of the year from UK consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser.

The Mayfair-based firm has been named alongside Morgan Stanley as a financial adviser to Reckitt Benckiser on the $4.2bn sale of its food business to McCormick & Co, a US company that makes spices, seasoning mixes and condiments. Credit Suisse is advising McCormick, according to the company’s statement on the deal.
