TMP Worldwide, the recruitment and advertising giant, has reshuffled its European management team. Andrew Simpson has been named president of the executive search division in Europe, following the departure in October of Steve Potter.

Simpson was previously a managing partner of the London office of TMP Search. He will operate alongside three other new division presidents for Europe, as TMP embarks on a new regional structure divided by geography.
