The executive tasked with overseeing culture, conduct and governance in UK finance has reiterated calls for the sector to concentrate on ethics rather than fear to make workers behave.

In a speech this morning at the City & Financial conference in Kensington, Jonathan Davidson, executive director of supervision - retail and authorisations at the Financial Conduct Authority, spoke about the importance of changing culture in financial services to prevent another crisis.
