The hedge fund founded by Sir Christopher Hohn has warned that the London Stock Exchange Group will struggle to find a "world class" chief executive to serve under chairman Donald Brydon.

Ahead of a crucial vote on the chairman's future at the exchange, set for on December 19, TCI said that shareholders have lost faith in Brydon.
