Rupert Hope in New York and Florian Hellmich in London have been promoted to co-heads of distribution globally. Will Abbott and Evgueni Konovalenko have been appointed as co-heads of Russia and CIS equities, and Maria Shatalina has been promoted as head of Russian product distribution. Ali Khalpey has been promoted to head of South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa equities, expanding his role to the rest of Africa.
