Renaissance Capital is has become the latest firm to offer investment banking services to the ultra-rich with the appointment of a senior dealmaker to lead a new division.

The investment bank, which focuses on emerging and frontier markets, including its home market of Russia, as well as Africa and Latin America, has named Grigory Sedov as a managing director and its new global head of private clients. He will be based in Moscow.
