Renaissance Capital, the Russian investment bank, has made its third senior hire in less than a month with the appointment of Guido Rauch, former head of the London branch of French investment bank Ixis.

Rauch, who was also Ixis' global head of equity derivatives marketing, joins Renaissance Capital as head of marketing and sales for structured products. He left Ixis in 2004.
