The UK markets watchdog saw a 52% spike in cyber incident reports last year, new figures show.

The Financial Conduct Authority received 116 reports of material cyber security incidents in 2021, up from 76 in 2020, figures disclosed to digital security firm Picus Security under the Freedom of Information Act show.
