Resolution Asset Management, the fund manager previously known as Britannic, has recruited fund managers Stuart Richards, John Payne and Marina Akopian from Baring Asset Management to form an emerging markets boutique.

The boutique will be 50% owned by the managers and 50% by Resolution.
