A three-man debt team which left advisory boutique Gazelle Corporate Finance in July has set up a new debt business, Riverhill Partners, which will offer clients advice on issues including distressed debt restructuring and debt refinancing.

Peter Collini will head up the new venture, and will be joined by Lawrence Chapman and Alex Musson.
