Investment banking platform RetailBook has backed opening up private company share sales to some retail investors as the market booms.

RetailBook, which was spun out of Peel Hunt last year, has ambitions to expand into private markets and be involved with the UK government’s Pisces scheme, co-chief executives Aaqib Mirza and James Deal told Financial News.
