Reuters appoints Bauld to provide insight on clients

Reuters, the global news, information and technology group, has appointed Sean Bauld, a former director of market research and competitive strategy of IBM, as senior vice president of marketing insight.

He will be responsible for global market research across Reuters, reporting to Alex Hungate, chief marketing officer at Reuters. Bauld's comes as the company tries to provide better customer services to its clients by developing deeper insights into customer needs.
