Reuters, the global information, news and technology group, has appointed Rupert Brown as the director of its new laboratory for the integration of IT systems.

Based in London, Brown will be responsible for the management and global development of the laboratory, which will showcase how enterprise-wide IT systems in the financial markets can be integrated. He joins Reuters from Paribas where he was head of technical architecture for fixed income and equities.
