Heidrick & Struggles, the global recruitment firm that this year helped Deutsche Bank in its search for a new chief executive, has topped a ranking of headhunters most used by UK financial institutions.

Heidrick has the biggest market share for assignments worth more than £200,000, net of fees, from UK-based firms operating in the global banking and asset management industry, according to an annual ranking published by Executive Grapevine.
