Revolut hands former Uber executive top advisory role

The controversial former Uber executive Emil Michael is acting as an adviser to the digital bank Revolut, working closely alongside Nikolay Storonsky, its co-founder and chief executive.

Michael, who spent four years as the ride-sharing company’s chief business officer, has interviewed candidates vying for senior roles at the London-based start-up, and sits in on meetings with Storonsky, according to people familiar with the matter.
