Citigroup has hired Jean-Manuel Richier, head of French and Belgian equity capital markets at Goldman Sachs, as deputy head of French investment banking.

Richier, who joins in July, will report to Jean-Michel Steg, head of French investment banking at Citigroup. He has been at Goldman for seven years.
