US lenders are set to poach Deutsche Bank’s top regulatory staff in Frankfurt, according to headhunters, with the beleaguered bank seen as a prime hunting ground for those hiring in the city ahead of Brexit.

The German lender, which last month said it would “right-size” its corporate and investment bank, reducing staff and scaling back some operations, has suffered a loss of talent and worsening morale.
