Rob Gambi, one of the best-known bond managers, is stepping down as global head of fixed income at UBS Global Asset Management.

Gambi will be replaced by John Dugenske, who left Lehman Brothers to become head of North American fixed income at UBS Global in 2009, according to a source familiar with the situation.
