Dutch investment manager Robeco, owned by Rabobank, has bought Sage Capital Management, a hedge fund of funds investment manager, for an undisclosed sum.

The company, which will from now on be called Robeco-Sage, is based in the US and currently manages roughly $300m (€297.8m) for both high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
