Robinhood wants to be much more than just a brokerage app. In fact, it would like to find a permanent home on your desktop computer too.

On 16 October, the company unveiled a much-anticipated new desktop trading platform for active traders as well as new tools and mobile features that the company hopes will attract more customers, specifically day traders and investors who are more actively managing their portfolios.
