Swiss pharma company Roche said a trial showed that one of its drugs reduced the number of Covid-19 patients with pneumonia requiring mechanical ventilation by 44%.

Roche said it would share the results of the trial of its Actermra/Roactemra treatment with the US Food and Drug Administration and other regulators around the world.
