Olav Rogge, who runs well-regarded bond specialist Rogge Global Partners, has won $2bn (€2.14bn) worth of business in under two months, including a massive $1bn bond mandate from the $170bn California Public Employees Retirement System (Calpers).

The wins boost total funds under management by a third to over $8bn, most of it US money.
