Ropes & Gray has opened a Seoul office and appointed William Yongkyun Kim and David Chun to lead it. Kim currently chairs the firm's Korean practice, and previously served as general counsel and managing director of the Daewoo group of companies. Chun is an intellectual property litigator who focuses on patent infringement and trade secrets cases.
