Rothschild, the UK merchant bank, has lured a project finance team from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) to advise on and arrange debt finance for infrastructure projects in the UK and continental Europe.

Richard Millward will lead the unit, which is completed by Andrew Sandars and Richard Turner. All three moved to Rothschild from DrKW.
