Rothschild in line for fresh nuclear role

Rothschild is in pole position to win the mandate to sell parts of British Nuclear Group, the UK nuclear clean-up company, after its state-backed owner ditched plans to sell the business as a whole.

British Nuclear Fuels, the company's owner, chose Rothschild sell BNG in April. The sale was expected to bring between £500m (€736m) and £1bn.
