Royal Bank of Scotland adds three to fixed income

Royal Bank of Scotland has strengthened its fixed income team with the hires of Tom Mulligan, Dick Durrant and Arnaud Nicoli.

Mulligan joins RBS as a US treasury trader on the US treasury desk in London. He has left Paine Webber where he was managing director for eight years and responsible for trading treasury and agency products. He also spent nine years at Merrill Lynch.
