Royal London Asset Management chief investment officer Piers Hillier is leaving the £181bn group after a decade in the role.

The funds industry veteran, who joined RLAM in January 2015 from Kames Capital, will be succeeded by private markets and fixed income head Will Nicoll with immediate effect, Financial News can reveal.
