Analysts hit the road to deliver Royal Mail

The UK government formally kicked off the Royal Mail IPO with an intention to float document this morning

Analysts from the syndicate of banks handling the Royal Mail privatisation will hit the road from today to meet with potential investors as part of the UK postal operator's initial public offering.

The UK government formally kicked off the IPO when it filed an intention to float document with the London Stock Exchange this morning. Financial News first reported last week that an ITF document was being planned for September 12 or 13.
