Investment house Ruffer has appointed Clemmie Vaughn as chief executive, as the boutique splits its top roles.

Ruffer, with more than £20 billion in client assets, will split the chief investment and chief executive roles, that were both taken on by Henry Maxey in 2010, in April 2017.
