Fred Settelmeyer has joined Russell/Mellon Analytical Services as managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

He was previously deputy managing director of Mellon Trust's Global Security Services in London, and headed up its investment research and technology group. In his new role, Settelmeyer reports to Bill Pryor, chief executive officer.
