Russian broker Otkritie has continued the rapid expansion of its investment banking business with the hire of two senior staff to set up and run its new capital markets team.

Temo Jorbenadze and Dmitry Perman have joined Otkritie to lead the building of its new Investment Banking Financing Services Group, which will offer public and private capital markets products to the firm's clients.
