The new richest man in Russia is a man you probably have never heard of: Vladimir Lisin.

Mr. Lisin is a steel magnate with an estimated net worth of $18.8 billion, according to Finans, the Russian business magazine. If the estimate is correct, Mr. Lisin would topple Mikhail Prokhorov, ranked by the last Forbes list as Russia's current richest man.
