RWC Partners has appointed former PwC executive Cressida Williams as its new chief financial officer, the boutique investment house confirmed on January 12.

Williams, who reports directly to chief executive Dan Mannix, has also been appointed to RWC’s board. Gemma Bainbridge, who had been director of finance at the company since 2011, has left.
