Sanitec, the Finnish maker of bathroom fixtures, is lining up a high-yield bond offering to help finance its buyout by BC Partners, the UK private equity firm.

The company and its equity sponsor are planning a bond issue of about €200m ($183m). It would refinance a bridge loan contained in the €900m loan package that HypoVereinsbank has underwritten.
