Spanish banking giant Banco Santander on Wednesday said it will rebrand its three UK high street networks over the next year as it pushes forward with the integration of recent acquisitions.

A total of 1,300 Abbey, Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley branches will have their names changed to Santander by the end of 2010, the bank said.
