Sarasin expands wealth unit in the Middle East

Sarasin-Alpen, Bank Sarasin’s subsidiary in Dubai, is to open a private banking business in Oman after being granted a license to provide advisory services by the country’s Capital Market Authority.

The move represents the first Swiss private bank to open in the Sultanate and Sarasin-Alpen will have offices in the capital, Muscat.
