Sarasin Investment Management has launched an income fund with an element of equity investments for investors who want to beat cash deposit returns without a major equity risk.

The fund wants to take advantage of real yields - or those adjusted for inflation - which are close to their 20-year high on good quality company bonds. By investing in global equities as well, the fund will benefit from the increasing number of capital growth opportunies there.
