Sberbank CIB has added to its FICC division with the hirings of Francois Mantion as managing director and head of commodity trading and Raymond Bird as managing director and head of strategic equity financing, GM trading. Mantion joins from JP Morgan where he was most recently global head of energy market risk. Bird joins from RBS, where he worked from 2004. From 2010 to 2012 he was in Hong Kong as head of structured equity financing.
