A fledgling advisory boutique set up by senior Goldman Sachs bankers has turned to Citigroup for its latest big-name hire.

Jeffrey Schackner, who has spent the past 18 years at Citi, most recently as global co-head of consumer investment banking in New York, has become the sixth member of the management team at Ardea Partners.
