Craig Schiffer, head of international debt at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), is moving to New York to run capital markets in North America.

DrKW recently combined its debt and equity components and Schiffer is responsible for bringing the US businesses together. This may involve relocation decisions as well as strategic ones, since DrKW's debt and equity units are spread over two offices in New York.
