Schroder Investment Management has appointed Pieter van Daalen, from Robeco Group, as managing director for its Dutch operation.

Van Daalen will assume his position in July, reporting to Robert Noordhoek Hegt, head of European institutional business development in London. Van Daalen leaves Robeco after 16 years his most recent role was as senior vice-president of corporate development .
