Schroder Investment Management has appointed Johan Hamilton as head of Sweden and Finland, replacing Steen Jørgensen who left the firm at the end of last year to head up Deutsche Asset Management's effort in the region.

Hamilton joins Schroders from Wassum Investment Consulting where he was a senior consultant, advising pension funds, trusts, companies and local governments on investment strategies and manager selection.
