Schroders, the UK fund manager, has beefed up its UK institutional team with two senior hires. Andrew Benton joins from RCM as head of UK business development while Richard Graham arrives as head of UK consultant relationships from HSBC Asset Management.

At RCM, Benton was a director responsible for institutional sales and client servicing, and head of global consultant relationships. Prior to that he worked at Royal London Asset Management.
