Schroder Investment Management has lost three staff to rival UK asset managers, two emerging market specialists to RAB Capital, the UK hedge fund firm, and one to Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
RAB Capital has hired Leila Kardouche, a director of Schroder Investment Management responsible for emerging European market funds, and Pavel Kolouch, a senior analyst specialising in telecom and software sectors in developing countries. They have been hired to launch a new long/short equity hedge fund focusing on emerging European markets.
