Hans Goossens, head of Fidelity's Dutch business, has been poached by Schroders to run its Belgian, Netherlands and Luxembourg operations.

Goossens has 15 years' experience of the Dutch investment business, covering retail and institutional work, and has worked at Fidelity for 11 years.
