Schroders has hired a new head of sales for alternative investments, charged with winning more investors for the company’s private equity, property, infrastructure and securitised credit funds.

Peter Arnold is joining Schroders in early June from Citi, where he was global head of international fund distribution, specialising in private debt, real estate and global infrastructure. Prior to his 18 years at Citi, he worked at JPMorgan, UBS and Societe Generale.
