Schroders has sold its stake in RWC Partners — bringing a close to the FTSE 100 asset manager’s nine-year relationship with the boutique investment firm.

In a statement published on October 29, RWC announced it had signed a definitive agreement for Schroders to sell its equity in RWC back to the firm and to Lincoln Peak Capital, the US investment group.
