Schroders Investment Management has bolstered its global credit team with two new appointments in New York following a build-up of the London-based pan-European team and the hiring of a Japanese analyst.

Jeffrey Bernstein has been lured from the sellside to become a credit analyst at Schroders covering financial institutions. He comes from Credit Suisse First Boston where he was vice president of portfolio management research.
