Schroders talks up corporate bond market

Schroder Investment Management is telling investors to sell government bonds and buy corporate debt, to take advantage of the high yields currently on offer.

Government bond yields have fallen on average by 1.5% over the past six months as investors charged into safe-haven assets, but corporate bond yields have been flat to higher. In risky sectors such as autos and telecoms, yields have risen by as much as 4%.
